Join us in this 6-week beginner-friendly course designed for brand new pole dancers! No experience is required; everyone starts with the basics. Let us show you the essential and fundamental techniques for pole dance, including how to hold the pole, how to use your body weight to gain momentum for spins, and safe conditioning exercises to build upper-body and core strength. Once you get a handle on the basics, you will start to learn to link movements into beautiful combinations that can be transformed to any style of pole dance. By the end of the course, you’ll have all the tools you need to be pole dancing in just a few short weeks. Welcome to the exciting beginning of your Pole Coven journey!
Please note this class is also open to those who have taken some beginner-level pole before, but need a refresher. Not sure what to wear? Anything that lets you move comfortably, plus bare feet and lotion-free hands.
